Shipping costs - flat rates for Canada and the U.S.:

Small or flat items (drive band cord, latch tool, weavings cards, tea towels, pouches) and orders below 45$ - 3.99$, no tracking.

Orders between 46$ and 185$ - 21.99$

Orders between 186$ and 299$ - 27.99$

Estimated shipping time 3-5 business days.

Delivery by Canada Post, standard shipping with a tracking number where available. Tracking is not included for small items like glasses case, baby socks and drive band cord.

We ship internationally! International shipping: buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We accept returns and exchanges. Please, contact us to obtain an RMA within 5 days of delivery and ship items back within 10 days of delivery. Return/exchange items must be undamaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The order will be refunded when we receive it.

Returns on promotional items or custom orders are not accepted.

Cancellations are not accepted. Please, contact us if you have any problem with your order.
