Inspired by the technical intelligence and knowledge of the ancestors, Métier doré honours traditional crafts by creating textile goods of the highest quality.
The technical perfection of our products evolves naturally from the profound love and respect towards the grounded universe of traditional textiles.
Métier doré creates mostly unique pieces and small collections.
We also contribute to spreading textile knowledge by teaching knitting and spinning.
The company is based in Deschambault in the province of Quebec, Canada.
The hands and soul behind Métier doré is Ksenia Kiseleva, its founder and owner. Ksenia was born in Moscow, Russia, has an MBA in architecture and a college degree in textiles. She is an active member of Conseil des métiers d'art du Québec and lives in Canada since 2010.
