Made in the Portneuf County of Quebec, this little tool is as powerful as it is indispensable! It is used to identify the size of your yarn. You can also use it to identify the size of your new Métier doré drive band cord. To do so, simply wrap your yarn around your yarn gauge measurer, neither too tight nor too loosely, and count the number of wraps. This number is called WPI, or Wraps Per Inch. In spinning, the WPI number shall be your main reference to determine the size of your yarn.
