Professionally restored and fully functional antique spinning wheel (a small CPW, Canadian Production Wheel) made in Quebec. The manufacturer is marked JO standing for Jérémie Ouellet (1845-1903), la Pocatière region.

Small orifice (best suited for spinning very fine to medium yarn)

- Table length 19 inches. This is rather short for such a fast wheel, which makes this particular wheel extremely attractive to shorter spinners having trouble with CPWs that normally have longer tables.
This spinning wheel was restored and adjusted by a local cabinetmaker: it has got a new jack cap, a second wheel support pin, a custom-made tension adjustment handle and the wheel had been balanced with plomb cushions. It is equipped with a new drive band by Métier doré.
Like all antique spinning wheels, this particular wheel comes with just one original bobbin. You can order additional bobbins made to suit this wheel, in this case, please let us know when purchasing.
