This spinning wheel has aged beautifully: the green colour and its patina are original.
Technical features:
- Double-drive system
- Tilt tension
- Wheel diameter 30 inches
- Ratio 16, 5 and 19 (double pulley of a flyer) - this is fast!
-
Small orifice (best suited for spinning very fine to medium yarn)

The feel you get while spinning is like driving a limousin car with a very long base: smooth and cradling. This spinning wheel was restored and adjusted by a local cabinetmaker and is equipped with a new drive band by Métier doré.
Like all antique spinning wheels, this particular wheel comes with just one original bobbin. You can order additional bobbins made to suit this wheel, in this case, please let us know when purchasing.
PLEASE, NOTE THAT SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED! The system will show you that the delivery is not possible at your address, so that you get in touch prior to purchase for a shipping estimate. Pick-up option available. Delivery possible in Portneuf County, to Quebec City and in between.
